users can have own folders, where they may make as much mess as they want (subfolders, kiddi porn drawings etc)
users can be added to groups (not join) by root

there are looking rights, entering rights, and changing rights, on each file/folder
first there are the rights that everyone has on the file
then the rights of the group that owns the file
then the rights of the user that owsn the file

not in scope of rights given, but in possible reach

of course not everyone can look into a privated users folder
a user may make a folder receivable as his "inbox" though
a group may agree to all cat their bowel movements for the experiment with timestamp to /usr/med/bowl.log

but when root does rm -rf /, its all deleted, because he has all rights on all files on his system
everyone else is just a user/guest

but what if there is no root?
