fraud is anticipated because of the high value of the transfer and viability etc
strangers, "i pay you tomorrow, like i always say ;)"
needs: arbiter/notar/escrow
that releases goods on receivement of payment
honesty of the arbiter a problem
is he even who he says he is xD

not mutual, predatory
one side is not aware of the exchange taking place or doesn't want any part of it (theft/violence)
doesn't work if there is no "reality" making the other side aware of the misdeed

a witness is needed, a very trusted one
or a reality/god that enforces the damages on the damanged one, if the deed is "real" (depending on the rules this god wants to enforce on his territory)
example: player1 hits player2 with sword, gm is needed to keep track of damange counts
p1 pickpockets p2 (p2 may not realize but the money stil be gone bc the gm/server logged the event)
